FAQ Q1: Does every digit on a ticket have a corresponding hint? A: No. Each hint refers to only one digit in the final draw number, not all digits on the ticket.
Q2: Does repeatedly filling in the hinted number increase my chance of winning? A: There is no direct relationship between repeatedly entering the hinted number and your winning probability. The hint question only indicates that the final draw number will include at least one digit matching the answer to the hint. For example, if the answer to the hint question is 2, the final draw number will contain at least one “2”.
Q3: Can the final draw number contain duplicate digits? A: Yes. The final draw number may contain duplicate digits.
Q4: How does the draw mechanism work? A: As stated in the event rules, at each draw, both the Silver Pool and the Gold Pool select one ticket from all tickets generated by players across the server as the grand prize number. In other words, each draw randomly selects one player’s ticket number combination and uses it as the grand prize number for that pool. Rewards are then distributed to all participating players based on the number of matching digits between their ticket number and the selected grand prize number, with different reward tiers corresponding to different levels of matching.
