| The Temporal Vortex provides ample time for the Poison lineup to capitalize on its sustained damage. Whether through hero skills or the Poison state, this lineup always ensures an immense total damage output. Here is a brief guide to two lineup strategies for your reference.
Strategy 1
Team Composition: Lothair + Twitch + Durango + Reytah + Oggok

Summary: Strategy 1 relies on Lothair as the main source of damage. His passive deals additional damage based on the target's Poison stacks when his skills hit. It is recommended to activate the Deep Midnight talent to increase his skill attack frequency. You only need to stack Attack and Enlightenment on him.
The Poison stacks will be inflicted by Twitch and Durango. If you don't have them yet, you can replace them with Shink, Dench, or Corrin (who can refresh the duration of the boss's Poison state).
Since Corrin's ultimate skill can only refresh the boss's Poison stacks up to 30, it is recommended to set the other Poison inflicter's ultimate skill to be cast after Corrin's, to keep the boss at 40 Poison stacks.
It is recommended for heroes with multi-hit ultimate skills, like Twitch, Durango, or Shink, to wear Witch's Remains to inflict Defense Penalty on the boss.
For support, prioritize heroes that align with the team's Elemental Affinity. It is recommended to use Oggok, Frurbath, and Adolphus. You can also deploy Reytah to extend the duration of Defense Penalty.
Strategy 2
Team Composition: Twitch + Corrin + Vicana + Felicity + Oggok

Summary: Strategy 2 relies on the Poison state as the main source of damage. Try to have the Poison state inflicted by Twitch. You can also choose Durango, Shink, or Dench as substitutes. These heroes need to stack as much Attack and Enlightenment as possible while ensuring sufficient Accuracy, and activate the Rampage talent to maximize the damage dealt by the Poison state.
Corrin is mainly responsible for using his ultimate skill to refresh the duration of the boss's Poison state, so he doesn't need much Accuracy. Just stack Attack to maximize the damage bonus from the Dawn Pipe Organ.
Vicana's passive can reduce the damage interval of Poison. Stack a small amount of Accuracy on her (no more than 40) to minimally trigger the effects of the Ri'kir Boomerang Artifact and the Death Record Mythic equipment.
For the fourth member, it is recommended to use Felicity, who can cast her ultimate skill frequently. Equip her with Witch's Remains to continuously inflict Defense Penalty on the boss. You can also use Lothair, who has an Enlightenment Aura, for this task.
Additional Tips After a Poison hero activates the Bind talent, the Poison state they inflict lasts 18 seconds. For effective Poison stacking on the boss, in addition to having teammates wear the Puppeteer Revelation set that speeds up recharge, it is also recommended to stack certain Skill Haste to reduce the Poison hero's ultimate skill recharge time to under 18 seconds.
