Q1: Will the Collection Handbook task progress be reset? Can it still be completed in S2?
A1: The progress will not be reset and can be continued in S2.
Q2: If I enter an S2 server on September 19 and my level and equipment are reset, how can I complete the crossover event boss challenges?
A2: In the Echoes of the Sleepless event battle, all heroes use preset levels and attributes. Inspiration and skill levels can still be inherited, so your challenge progress will not be affected by level and equipment resets.
Q3: Will the D&D collaboration event progress be reset when entering the S2 season?
A3: If you enter a new season during the collaboration event, you can continue the event in the new season, and your event progress will be retained.
Q4: In the Temporal Vortex ranking rewards, when it shows that Echo of Clepsydra will stop being distributed after X days, are other resources still distributed normally?
A4: Yes, apart from the Echo of Clepsydra, other resources will continue to be distributed as usual.
Q5: If the highest-level reward of the Ticket Stub Issuance has been unlocked, will the progress reset in S2?
A5: This event is permanently available and its progress will not reset with the new season.
Q6: If I do not log in during the entire S2 season after S1 ends, will the days on my Monthly Pass still be consumed?
A6: You will be compensated with one extra day when crossing to a new season. After the new season starts, the remaining Monthly Pass time will continue to be consumed whether you log in or not, and unclaimed rewards due to not logging in will not be refunded.
Q7: Will the remaining days of purchased Echoes of Otherworld carry over to the next season?
A7: No, they will not.
Q8: If a player is currently on Reborn 3 server and does not log in during the entire S2 season, when logging in during the S3 season, will they be moved to another veteran server or to a new server?
A8: If the player’s current server Reborn 3 is in S1, after the season ends it will merge into S2-1. If the player never logs in (including not entering the server selection page), S2-1 will merge into S3-1 when S3 begins. Upon logging in, the player will only be able to enter the most recently opened S2 server.
