Countermeasures: Deploy support heroes who can provide Debuff Dispelling/Debuff Immunity for the entire team, such as Acilia, Oggok, or Mithrasea, to promptly remove the Burn effect and prevent splash damage to your backline heroes.

Counter Priority: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Summary: The boss becomes invisible upon phoenix egg rebirth. The phoenix eggs' skill provides healing and a Total Damage Bonus to the boss.
Countermeasures: It's recommended to use AOE damage dealers to quickly clear the reborn phoenix eggs. If your main damage dealer is a single-target hero, consider bringing a hero who can dispel Invisibility or inflict Buff Prohibition to counter the boss's Invisibility. If you cannot defeat the phoenix eggs before they use their skill, consider bringing AOE control heroes to delay it, or heroes with Healing Prohibition/Healing Reversal to prevent the boss from healing.

Summary: Deals high damage to all targets and inflicts a Burn effect.
Countermeasures: Inflict an Attack Penalty on the boss and deploy heroes who can provide Damage Reduction, Defense Up, or AOE shields to avoid casualties. You can also use heroes with special mechanics like Resurrection at Death, Invincibility, or Immortality to counter it.
Strategy One of the main difficulties in the Heretical Ruins is the extremely high damage of the boss's [Fire of Dead Phoenix], straining your team's survivability. Without special mechanics like Resurrection at Death, Invincibility, or Immortality, you'll often need multiple damage reduction methods to avoid losing heroes.
Another challenge is the test of your team's AOE burst capability. If you cannot quickly defeat the phoenix eggs after their rebirth from [Nirvana], they will heal the boss and increase its damage output. Therefore, it is recommended to use AOE-focused lineups such as Frost, Rally, or Poison for this challenge.
You also need to promptly use Debuff Dispelling/Debuff Immunity to handle the global Burn effect inflicted on all heroes by [Fire of Dead Phoenix], otherwise [Scorch] will deal additional splash damage.
If you have Berengar, you may slow down the pace of killing the phoenix eggs and use the Healing Reversal effect to defeat the boss faster.

Summary: This lineup performs well even at lower levels of investment. Garius can tank damage on the front line while also providing AOE healing. Use Oggok's ultimate skill to grant Immortality to your entire team making easier to handle the high burst damage from [Fire of Dead Phoenix]. Oggok's healing will also dispel the Burn effect from allies. Lossenia, equipped with the Holy Hunter set, can continuously inflict control effects on the reborn phoenix eggs to delay their skill casts. Finally, add AOE heroes with excellent independent combat capabilities like Isitarian and Premtsa to supplement your damage output.

Summary: After Mithrasea casts her ultimate skill, your entire team will gain Resurrection at Death and Debuff Immunity to neutralize the global Burn effect and high damage from [Fire of Dead Phoenix]. Acilia can tank damage on the front line while also providing AOE healing, working with Mithrasea to ensure the team's survival. The Rally system built around Thelendor has excellent AOE burst capabilities, enough to quickly defeat the reborn phoenix eggs. If you're still facing survival pressure, you can replace Alton with Zeffi to provide your team with shields and Invincibility.
