Every hero has three skills (some also have Captain Skills): Passive, Battle Skill, and Ultimate Skill. Upgrading them requires skill scrolls, with different quality heroes needing different scrolls. The difficulty of getting these scrolls varies by their quality. Master Scroll > Scholar Scroll > Apprentice Scroll Master Scrolls are the hardest to get. You can only acquire enough for about one team per season, and they are especially scarce early on, so use them wisely.
Within the first 7 days after the server launches, you'll get 30 skill reset opportunities. Feel free to experiment during this time, but be careful afterward. Keep an eye on your reset count. You only have 30 chances! Once all 30 are used or the seven-day period ends, you can no longer reset freely. Skill reset items will be very hard to obtain later. Skill scrolls for Purple and Blue cards are relatively easy to get, but they aren't unlimited in the early game. Below are some recommended Blue and Purple cards to help guide your skill upgrades. For cards that fill the same role or have similar characteristics, maxing out 1-2 is usually enough.
Tank: The Light Lancer (Garius), given on day two, is a great choice for early game use. When you need to form affinity teams later and have more skill scrolls, you can switch to others.
