 Faction
Faction and TypeHeroes in Dragonsaerie are divided into 3 factions: Ice and Eclipsing Power (Permafrost faction), Fire and Poison (Wildfire faction), and Lightning and Radiance (Resplendence faction).
Each elemental faction has its own unique comps: Ice's Frost, Eclipsing Power's Summoning, Fire's Wild, Poison's Poison, Lightning's Dauntless, and Radiance's Rally. Beyond these, there's also a special Support school, which you'll find in every element.

Hero AttributeThe hero attribute screen shows 10 different attributes. The game offers recommended attributes based on each hero's characteristics. New players can simply follow these suggestions when equipping. Skill Haste is a rare but universally powerful attribute that's tough to come by. Note: For DPS heroes recommended with Proficiency, avoid equipment with Crit Rate and Crit Damage substats—these are completely useless. The same goes for heroes recommended with Crit Rate. Some specialized Crit-focused heroes can also run Proficiency builds, depending on your needs. For instance, a Hvitar with high Proficiency and Haste might sacrifice burst damage but maximize Proficiency damage from Icewind weather effects right from the start through the entire battle. When paired with Nastjenka in the arena, this combo is truly terrifying. Explore Dragonsaerie to discover even more unique combinations!
Hero Talent You'll consume Talent Stones to upgrade hero Talents. Level 1 boosts attributes, while Level 2 unlocks team Auras. There are three Auras:

A well-balanced team should ideally have auras with three different effects, unless you're specifically farming Goblins. If you notice your team has fewer than three distinct auras, your team composition likely has issues. In that case, you should re-evaluate if your team setup makes sense.
After reaching level two, you'll see branching choices that you can pick based on what you actually need. Subsequent branch talents will differ depending on the hero. You can always switch to other branches using Gold, so don't worry too much about making the wrong call. |
