Grave of Curse is the main source of tank hero equipment, with relatively lower difficulty among equipment-yielding dungeons. As long as you bring heroes capable of dealing with the boss mechanics with enough attributes, you can clear stages easily. In this article, we'll walk you through the more easily accessible rare/epic hero lineups, aiming at guiding you to clear the stage on difficulty #9. Meanwhile, we'll give you a legendary hero lineup for reference, which you can use for efficient auto-combat.
I. About The Boss

II. Stage Clearing Configuration
[Recommended Level and Equipment]● Recommended Level Before heroes are refined to 5 stars, since they cannot equip Negative Runes and lack Accuracy as a result, it's recommended that your team's overall level reaches 90 before attempting the challenge. ● Equipment Requirements This stage requires you to have well-developed tanks. You should do your best to give the legendary Tundra Tenacity set at max Refinements (+20) to your DPS heroes. Other heroes have relatively lower equipment requirements, only needing to meet key attribute thresholds. If you have mythic equipment with the right attributes, such as Tunnel King's Cloak, Precise Carnage Gauntlets, or Moonlight Battle Robes, it's highly recommended to equip them for this stage.
Key Attribute Reference1. Ideally, the average HP of your heroes should be over 30,000. 2. Your main tank should have over 65,000 HP and over 2,000 DEF. 3. Heroes responsible for applying debuffs should have more than 220 Accuracy.
III. Recommended Lineups
Lineup 1
Lineup: Isolde + Dane + Adolphus + Follie + Tonalnan Positioning Reference:

Description: This focuses on the Radiance and Fire Elemental Affinities in season 3. Since Isolde, besides absorbing damage as a tank, also needs to stack Accuracy to inflict Attack Penalty on the boss, you'll have to develop this hero by a lot. After the boss gains buffs from its first skill, Dane can use his ultimate skill to dispel buffs, and when the boss's HP is below 50%, dispelling turns into stealing, thus obtaining a high damage output bonus to help your team clear stages faster. Use Isolde's and Adolphus's ultimate skills before the boss's third skill, providing AoE Shield to reduce the damage and shield amount generated by the boss's third skill. Follie's ultimate skill has a chance to attack multiple times, so it's suitable to stack some Accuracy and wear Artifacts like Witch's Remains or Crown of the Unclean to inflict [Defense Penalty] on the boss, helping the main damage dealer, Tonalnan, deal higher damage. If the overall development of the lineup is low and the survival pressure is high, Follie can be replaced with Catherine to provide healing, and you can adjust heroes' positioning so Catherine's healing can cover all of them, helping you clear stages more reliably.

Lineup 2
Lineup: Volthug + Estella + Kyrza + Nathaniel + Shagrol Positioning Reference:

Description: This focuses on the Lightning and Necrosis Elemental Affinities in season 3. Since Volthug, besides absorbing damage as a tank, also needs to stack Accuracy to remove buffs from the boss, you'll have to develop this hero by a lot. Volthug can use his ultimate skill to dispel buffs after the boss gains buffs from its first skill. Estella can provide healing for the team and use her battle skill to grant Volthug a Defense Up bonus, further enhancing his survivability. Since the Attack Penalty effect caused by Volthug's ultimate skill is lower than Kyrza's and not stable enough, it's recommended to use Kyrza's ultimate skill before the boss's third skill to further reduce the boss's burst damage. Nathaniel can also provide some [healing]. Additionally, using Nathaniel's ultimate before the boss's third skill to provide Defense Up and AoE Shield for all allies can reduce the damage and shield amount generated by the boss's third skill. Besides being able to apply Attack Penalty to the boss, Kyrza can also apply Recharge Speed Reduction to alleviate the pressure on our skill rotation. Moreover, the Shield Prohibition effect provided by Kyrza's battle skill is also an effective means to counter the boss's third skill.

IV. Examples
*Using Lineup 1 as an example.

● Team Aura Here, Isolde's DEF Aura is chosen to allow more rooms for mistakes, and this way, you won't have to have well-developed heroes to clear early-game stages. ● Equipment

Description: If your equipment quality is low, it's recommended to choose more DEF% or HP% equipment for the backline heroes. This can help keep your heroes alive when the boss uses its third skill. ● Food Improvement When your team is not fully fledged, your heroes will have trouble surviving and dealing damage, so we recommend you use [Aquitaine Meat Pie], which is made of Elf Wheat ×2 and Wild Boar Meat ×1. It can give you +10% HP and +5% ATK for 600 seconds. ● Stage Clearing Tips 1. The boss will not immediately gain buffs after using its first skill. Wait for the buff icon to appear on the right side of the boss's status bar before using Dane's ultimate skill lest the dispelling fails.

2. Since Follie's ultimate skill has a chance to be used multiple times, it's easier to trigger the Witch's Remains or the Crown of the Unclean Artifact effect to inflict [Defense Penalty] on the boss. Use Tonalnan's ultimate skill after the boss is inflicted with [Defense Penalty] to boost damage output. 3. Since it only takes the boss 18 seconds to finish using the three skills, Isolde's and Adolphus's ultimate skills should be used as early as possible while ensuring these skills are active during the boss's third skill, making it difficult for the boss to cause too much damage to our team in each round. 4. In prolonged battles, when our skill rotation can't keep up with how fast the boss is using its skills, use control skills as an emergency measure to provide AoE Shield. ● About Auto-Combat Skill Timing:

Description: With enough development made, this sample lineup can be used for auto-combat. The timings for using skills are for reference only, and you should adjusting them according to your heroes' skill level and Skill Haste.

V. High-end Auto-combat Lineup Rec

Recommended Lineup
Lineup: Ergander + Felosia + Rook + Whisk + Dargo Positioning Reference:

● Team Aura Here, Rook uses an Attack Aura, which can increase the ATK of all your heroes by 30% in this stage, allowing you to clear faster. ● Sample Lineup This lineup focuses on the Poison and Ice Elemental Affinities of season 3. Since Rook's battle skill and ultimate skill both ignore shield mechanics, there's no need to have a support hero active for shield removal. If the development progress is low, Dargo can be replaced with Voresh to dispel the boss's buffs to protect allies from dying. ● Skill Timing By adjusting Skill Haste, you can make Dargo use his ultimate skill first to apply [Defense Penalty] to the boss through Witch's Remains, then use Whisk's skills followed by Rook's skills to maximize damage output. Ergander's survivability is very strong, able to buy ample time for other heroes to dish out damage. Since this Corrosion lineup has enough damage output, battles usually end quickly, so there's no need to deploy more healers. Felosia should use her ultimate skill before the boss's third skill, as shown in the image, and adjust according to the skill levels and Skill Haste of your heroes.

[Configurations]
● Recommended Level It's recommended that the team's overall level reaches 90. Frurbath can replace Ergander, but the development requirements will increase this way. ● Key Attributes Ergander HP > 70,000, Defense > 2,500. All of the deployed heroes should have over 30,000 HP. Ergander and Dargo Accuracy > 220. ● Equipment Description: For Dargo and Whisk, both the Might of the Sovereign and Aerial Battle Roar gear sets are viable options. Prioritize wearing the set with better stats.
