This is a guide to getting full scores in the S3 [Awakening the Spring of Iskalland] Continental Challenge. It offers lineup recommendations for getting perfect scores against each boss even in auto-combat mode, as well as advanced tips for climbing the leaderboard.
[Description]During the 5-minute challenge, rewards are given out in stages based on the damage dealt to the boss as a team, and the damage inflicted is converted into points. There are 4 rounds of the boss challenge, each lasting for 7 days. Each round has limited boss challenge attempts. Rewards are based on your total accumulated points at the end of each round. After completing a boss challenge, the used heroes cannot be deployed again in the same round. Each Boss has a unique elemental weakness and takes twice as much damage from their respective weak element. As there are 3/4/5/6 boss challenges across the 4 rounds, you can gradually build multiple lineups during the event. If it's difficult to max out multiple Elemental Affinity levels, consider developing multiple lineups for the same element to challenge the same boss. For those aiming for top leaderboard positions, it's recommended to prepare Corrosion, Dauntless, and Ice Blast lineups, prioritizing bosses with the associated elemental weaknesses for higher scores.
[Development Recommendations]●Recommended Level Since each hero can only be used once per event cycle, it's necessary to develop multiple lineups for the challenges. Leave support Heroes at Breakthrough level 90, and focus on leveling up your damage dealers. ●Equipment Requirements The team should go for legendary gear at max Refinements (+20). Since Mythic equipment is harder to obtain, if the attributes of Mythic equipment for damage dealers are inferior, it's recommended to temporarily use better-attribute Legendary equipment.

[Lineup Reference]
Radiance Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Garius + Rose + Aemonleyda + Lincos + Diantha

●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, positioning allows all heroes to benefit from the DEF boost and Healing effects provided by Rose's Puppeteer Revelation set.

●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.
●Team Aura Here, we used Diantha's Attack Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. Since the boss's fourth skill clears our team's buffs and stacks a Total Damage Bonus for itself based on the number of buffs cleared, it's not recommended that you deploy too many heroes that provide buffs.
[Lineup Reference]
●Key Attribute Rose, Diantha's Accuracy > 270; If you're planning on neutralizing the stun effect of the boss's first skill by building Resistance, you should aim for over 250 Resistance for your heroes. ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]1. When aiming to deal maximum damage, take over control and only use your main DPS's ultimate skill when the boss is inflicted with Defense Penalty; 2. Rose's battle skill inflicts a recharge rate reduction effect, which means there may be a shift in the optimal timing for using her ultimate skill. If it is the leaderboard you want to climb, it's recommended that you manually use Rose's battle skill to ensure the Attack Penalty effect isn't quickly cleared by the boss's second skill.
Poison Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Oggok + Vinyara + Rook + Sacredeia + Whisk
●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, positioning allows all heroes to benefit from the DEF boost and Healing effects provided by Vinyara's Puppeteer Revelation set.

●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.

●Team Aura Here, we used Rook's Attack Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. While Whisk primarily stacks DPS attributes, he needs to stack Accuracy through Secondary Attributes and Negative Runes as much as possible to enhance the triggering chance of the Witch's Remnant effect. 2. Avoid wasting key ultimate skills while the boss is using its third skill to kill hatchlings.
[Lineup Reference]●Key Attribute Vinyara, Oggok's Accuracy > 270; ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]1. When aiming to deal maximum damage, take over control and only use Rook's ultimate skill on the boss when it is inflicted with Defense Penalty by the Witch's Remnant effect triggered by Whisk. 2. As the boss leaves the scene after using its third skill to summon hatchlings, this can cause a shift in the optimal timing for Vinyara's ultimate skill. If it is the leaderboard you want to climb, it's recommended that you manually use the ultimate skills and battle skills to ensure timely removal of the boss's Damage Mitigation.
Necrosis Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Aspalta + Ozul + Daphne + Torrin + Ghul'ende
●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, positioning ensures that the boss's skills will only affect our front-row heroes.
●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.
●Team Aura Here, we used Aspalta's Attack Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. Use Aspalta as the main tank. While ensuring that she has enough survivability, her Resistance must also go over 250 to prevent her from being inflicted with Frost, which will then trigger the boss's passive skill and get Ozul in danger.
[Lineup Reference]
●Key Attribute Ghul'ende Resistance > 270; Aspalta Resistance > 250 ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]1. Since Ozul transforms into a melee form after using his ultimate skill, you will sometimes have to manually activate Ghul'ende's ultimate skill to dispel Frost for Ozul and inflict Attack Penalty on the boss when Ozul is at low HP to prevent him from being killed by the boss's passive skill. 2. If Ozul is unfortunately killed too early, consider not saving the result and restart until you achieve the desired results. 3. Since Shadow heroes obtain Shadow Energy by dealing damage, stacking Attack Speed for Aspalta is highly beneficial, allowing her to frequently use her ultimate skill to help Ozul and Daphne restore Shadow Energy.
Lightning Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Grishnaar + Ivellios + Tharivol + Nastjenka + Estella

●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, position heroes to present the boss's third skill from hitting the back-row damage dealers.

●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.

●Team Aura Here, we used Nastjenka's Attack Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. The boss will target the highest-ATK hero in your team for additional attacks, so configure your heroes' equipment accordingly to decide who tanks the damage. 2. Since the debuffs inflicted by the boss when dealing damage have less impact on Ivellios, who relies on stacking Enlightenment for DPS, it is recommended that you stack Ivellios's ATK to the highest among your heroes.
[Lineup Reference]
●Key Attribute Grishnaar Accuracy > 270; ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]1. Since the boss may change its target after inflicting an Attack Penalty on Ivellios, who initially has the highest ATK, it is recommend that you prioritize stacking Ivellios's ATK significantly higher than other damage dealers to prevent the boss from switching targets. 2. If the boss switches targets and deals your damage dealers too early, consider not saving the result and restart until you achieve the desired results. 3. While Tharivol primarily stacks DPS attributes, he needs to stack Accuracy through Secondary Attributes and Negative Runes as much as possible to enhance the triggering chance of the Witch's Remnant effect.
Fire Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Acilia + Victor + Flora + Felicity + Errich

●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, position your heroes so that all of them are within the healing range of Acilia's battle skill, and Victor wearing the Puppeteer Revelation set can also provide DEF boosts and Healing effects for Flora, who is nearby and a main damage dealer.

●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.

●Team Aura Here, we used Flora's Attack Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. The boss's third skill ignores the target's Shield as well as Immortality and Invincibility, so it is recommended to choose support heroes who can inflict Attack Penalty on the boss or provide AoE healing over time for your team. 2. The boss keeps gaining buffs over time, and while it has buffs, the boss receives less damage, so be sure to deploy heroes who have the means to dispel enemy buffs.
[Lineup Reference]
●Key Attribute Victor Accuracy > 270; ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]1. If Victor's Skill Haste battle skill's Buff Prohibition is interrupted, manually use Victor's ultimate skill after the boss uses its second skill to convert the boss's buffs into debuffs. 2. If the boss has stacked enough Total Damage Bonuses to potentially instantly kill your damage dealers, consider not saving the result and restart using Victor's ultimate skill to inflict Attack Penalty on the boss to protect your damage dealers until you achieve the desired results.
Ice Lineup
[High-Score Auto-combat Lineup Reference]
Lineup: Frurbath + Gerthin + Beldelle + Zhorak + Shinnah

●Positioning Reference Note: As shown in the image, position your heroes so that all of them are within the healing range of Frurbath's battle skill, and Zhorak as far away from the boss as possible to maximize the benefits of the Artifact, Queen's Fan.

●Skill Timing No special settings needed. Just maximize your team's DPS.

●Team Aura Here, we used Beldelle's Crit Damage Aura to further increase damage dealt. ●Notes 1. It can be difficult for Frurbath alone to tank most of the damage and provide most of the healing. If you are not aiming to deal maximum damage, replace Gerthin with Felosia to reduce survival pressure. 2. The boss's Light Crystal is not a regular buff and cannot be countered by removing buffs or inflicting Buff Prohibition.
[Lineup Reference]
●Key Attribute Frurbath Accuracy > 270; When only deploying Frurbath as your tank and healer, besides meeting the Accuracy requirement, Frurbath also needs HP > 85,000, DEF > 3,500. ●Equipment Reference

[Advanced Tips]
1. When aiming to deal maximum damage, take control and let Beldelle and Gerthin use their ultimate skills after Shinnah triggers the Witch's Remnant effect on the boss to inflict Defense Penalty. 2. The boss's third skill keeps targeting random heroes and, with enough stacks of Total Damage Bonus, it might instantly kill your damage dealers. If this happens, consider not saving the result and restart until you achieve the disired results. 3. Skill Haste is crucial for Shinnah. It is recommended to prioritize obtaining it through Secondary Attributes. If you wish to enhance the consistency of triggering the Witch's Remnant effects, stack Accuracy through other Secondary Stats and the Primary Stats of Clothes and Negative Runes. |
