Season 2 Pillar of Trial - Pillar of Light Guide

时间:2024-03-01 15:38:12  来源:  作者:
In this season, due to the rotation of Elemental Affinities, we will have to change the way we build our lineups to take on new challenges in the Pillar of Trial. In Pillar of Light, both you and your opponent must use only Radiance or Ice heroes. In this guide, we'll showcase several lineups perfect for taking on the challenge of Pillar of Light. Additionally, we'll offer suggestions and examples for your reference.
Please note that season 2 introduced the Quick Challenge feature. If you enable this feature in the nodes highlighted in the image, that will save you a lot of time.

Reward Overview
All the rewards from F1 to F60 combined are Affinity Solvent ×25,000, Starlight Dice ×12, Heliolite Dice ×3, Essence of Creation ×4,600, Wyrmarrow ×360, Large EXP Potion ×38, Apprentice Scroll ×3, Scholar Scroll ×2, Master Scroll ×1, Precious Tempering Sand ×40, Philosopher's Stone III ×10, Refined Tempering Sand ×20, and Philosopher's Stone II ×5.
When you have completed 60 floors in Pillar of Trial, you'll get the Necrosis support hero, Kyrza.

When you have completed 180 floors in Pillar of Trial, you'll get the legendary Artifact, Everlasting Diamond.

Boss Information
Each floor in the Pillar of Trial consists of 3 waves. Every 10 floors at the third wave, there is a boss fight. The Pillar of Light boss fights include Pillar Giant Spirit: Bright and two Radiance elements. Here are the in-game mechanics and how you can handle these enemies:

Recommended Lineups
Detail Notes
1. Defensive and support heroes can be substituted with other recommended legendary heroes. As for DPS heroes, feel free to replace the ones mentioned here with other characters of the same element as well.
2. In a boss fight (every 10 floors), considering the boss is immune to all control effects, it is recommended that you remove Gumm or other support heroes who focus on inflicting control effects and replace them with support heroes (e.g., Voresh, Rose, and Donella) who inflict debuffs such as Attack Penalty or Buff Dispel with their ultimate skills.
3. Try to equip Witch's Remains or Crown of the Unclean to heroes whose ultimate skills can deal damage multiple times. This will raise the team's damage output.
4. Even on floor 60, the monsters have only 250 Resistance. If your heroes who are responsible for inflicting debuffs have a lot more than 270 Accuracy, you can consider removing some equipment with Accuracy as its main affix and stacking other attributes instead.
Rally
Rally heroes can work together to deal AoE burst damage very quickly, which is perfect for the Pillar of Trial stages.
Hero Recommendations:

Frost
Frost heroes can inflict Frost on enemies to deal massive damage with their skills, capable of dealing both damage over time and very high AoE burst damage. So long as you have the right characters on the team, you'll sprint through the stages at stunning efficiency.
Hero Recommendations:

Ice Blast
Ice Blast heroes can deal extremely high burst damage to single enemies, but considering each round in Pillar of Trial has several minions and even a boss fight has minions, you'll need well-developed, high-quality heroes for this build to work. Otherwise, you might have a hard time on the higher floors because you lack AoE damage.

Key Takeaways
1. Let's take a look at a recommended Rally lineup. By positioning your heroes, you can draw most enemies into the attack range of Philto's ultimate skill and instantly eliminate them. Before F40, you can clear the stages by going auto-combat, but every 10 floors, you can replace Gumm with Voresh to fight bosses with greater efficiency.
2. After F40, you will need to let Garius and Gillian take turns to use their ultimate skills to keep your team healthy. Additionally, let support heroes use their ultimate skills first to trigger Witch's Remains and inflict Defense Penalty on enemies. Lorentheel's ultimate skill can grant buffs. Lastly, use Philto's ultimate skill to quickly eliminate enemies.
3. Bosses on F50 and higher floors can deal massive damage, which puts heavy pressure on back-row heroes as they struggle to survive. You will want to use support heroes such as Rose and Felosia to reduce enemy damage output or improve allied heroes' survivability.
Configurations
Basic Attributes:
On average, your heroes should have over 35,000 HP and over 1,300 DEF.
Equipment:

Equipment Main Affix:
Note: Aiming at completing F60, heroes who are here to inflict debuffs must have at least 270 Accuracy. However, Rose's passive skill can inflict debuffs on enemies with 100% certainty while Rose has buffs, so if other allies can keep Rose buffed, you can consider prioritizing attributes other than Accuracy.
