The Otherworld Exploration, The Echoes of Mekkashon, has been released for season 2. By completing the tutorial quest, you can access the seasonal sandbox called Mekkashon and start a new story. During the Road to Restoration phase, you'll explore and get prepared. Once you've progressed to the Rasp of Gears phase, you can head to the Crystalfall Pit and find Mekkatorque to take on a challenge.
Pre-requisite Quests
[Lost on the Isle of Mistsong]
1. Alton in Lacunae seems to have something for you. (You'll automatically accept this quest once the Otherworld Exploration has been unlocked for you.)
2. From the letter, you learned that Donella promised to upgrade a Magic Crystal Cannon for Philto, who invited you to bear witness to the upgrade in Driftwood.
3. However, in Driftwood, you won't find Philto. Instead, you'll run into Seidic, Gerwitch, and Kirtie, a trio who survived the accident on Magic Crystal One.
4. With the information from Felosia, you decide to head to Isle of Mistsong and meet up with Philto to resolve this trouble once and for all.
5. As you arrive on the Isle of Mistsong, you are intercepted by Victor's subordinates. Philto intervenes to prevent a conflict and tells you why he wasn't there to meet you as promised.
6. You talk to Victor's subordinates and ask them about their leader's whereabouts. From Victor and Donella, you learn that everyone is aware of the recent accident at sea.
7. Donella has come all the way here to the Isle of Mistsong to buy a great weapon from Victor, but Victor says there is nothing he can do. Worse, he steals the map that leads to Donella's hideout in an attempt to take the Core of Magic Crystal for himself.
8. After you rescue Philto and Donella, you decide to board the Magic Puppet Bird and head to Mekkashon to stop Victor from stealing the Core of Magic Crystal. During this mission, you'll be required to collect 3 Magic Crystals for Donella to charge the Magic Puppet Bird.
[Road to Restoration]
1. Once you use the magic crystals to activate the Magic Puppet Bird, you and your companions make it across the ocean and arrive in Mekkashon.
2. There, you encounter Theohein, who has awakened. He tells you the story of the rampaging sea monsters and why he came to Mekkashon.
3. To stand against the sea monsters, Theohein decides to collect Robot Parts in an attempt to resurrect Mekkatorque.
4. While trying to reassemble the robot, you encounter Victor's subordinates. They want to kidnap Theohein and interrogate him to learn the location of the Core of Magic Crystal.
5. As you prepare to activate the second Robot Part, Victor shows up. Though you manage to drive him away, he is still hell-bent on getting his hands on the Core of Magic Crystal.
6. Philto arrives in a hurry. Things look dire as Theohein is attached to the Core of Magic Crystal. According to Donella, you'll need to enable three scramblers to save him.
7. After saving Theohein and collecting all the Robot Parts, you return to the cave to repair Mekkatorque.

[Rasp of Gears]
Here are the requirements for unlocking Rasp of Gears: When the progress of all three game modes associated with the Road to Restoration phase has reached maximum, the Rasp of Gears phase will be enabled the next day. Even if you can't manage to earn enough progress, this new phase will become available once enough days have passed.
*In this phase, you can fight Mekkatorque in Mekkashon to earn numerous rewards.
Road to Restoration Phase Overview
In this phase, there are three game modes: Adventure Preparation, Elemental Domain, and Chaos Shadows. By completing a challenge, any player can earn Exploration Progress while also contributing Server Progress. When a type of progress is at max, all players get to enjoy additional buffs during the Rasp of Gears phase.
Here are the requirements for unlocking Rasp of Gears: When the progress of all three game modes has reached maximum, the second phase will be enabled the next day. Even if you can't manage to earn enough progress, this new phase will become available once enough days have passed.
Energy Biscuit: This is an item exclusive to Otherworld Exploration, used for replenishing Stamina, up to 150. All Energy Biscuits are fully restored after the daily refresh. Playing any game mode will cost some Energy Biscuits.
[Game Modes Introduction]
[Exploration Quest]
The Exploration Quests include Daily Exploration, In-depth Exploration, and Alliance Exploration. You also earn Exploration Progress by completing these quests.
Elemental Domain
As you can see in the image, Mekkashon offers three Elemental Domains. The bosses' skills reimagine those of certain legendary heroes. Meanwhile, the boss is immune to all control effects but takes 50% more damage of certain elements.
Suggestions: The rewards for these three Elemental Domains are the same, and there is no limit to how many times you can deploy the heroes, so try to clear them all, achieve the highest progress, and earn the greatest rewards. Every day, after you've won the maximum rewards from Chaos Shadows, it is recommended that you spend the excess Energy Biscuits to play Elemental Domains, prioritizing those that you can clear while AFK with ease on difficulty level 5.
Chaos Shadows
Chaos Shadows consists of 6 types of bosses, which spawn in Mekkashon for you to fight. Based on the total damage you deal to these bosses, you'll earn different tiers of rewards. In Chaos Shadows:
1. The bosses' skills reimagine those of certain legendary heroes, and these bosses are immune to all control effects. Additionally, after using the ultimate skill, there will be a permanent stack of Total Damage Bonus.
2. Each boss takes 100% more damage of certain elements.
3. Each hero can only be deployed in Chaos Shadows once per day.
4. The enemy has 260 Resistance. When confronting them, heroes that exceed 280 Accuracy have a higher success rate when inflicting debuffs or control effects, removing shields, or dispelling buffs.
5. Make sure that your DPS heroes counter the boss's element. As for non-DPS heroes, you can use whatever you want with much flexibility.
Exploration Progress and Alliance Bonuses
Playing the various game modes of Otherworld Exploration Progress gives you Exploration Progress. When you have earned enough progress, you can claim tier rewards.
Meanwhile, you'll also obtain Alliance Buffs based on the Total Exploration Progress earned by all Alliance members. These buffs are only active in Otherworld Exploration game modes, but they are enough to improve your performance in Elemental Domains and Chaos Shadows.

By earning 500 to 150,000 Exploration Progress, you get Echo of Clepsydra ×105,000, Wyrmarrow ×250, Essence of Creation ×10,000, Affinity Solvent ×150,000, Large EXP Potion ×300, Gold ×3,000,000, Standard Stamina Bread ×14, Heliolite Dice ×1, Master Scroll ×1, Scholar Scroll ×1, Apprentice Scroll ×2, the Philosopher's Stone III of each type ×10, the Precious Tempering Sand of each type ×20.
After 150,000 Exploration Progress, for every 40,000 Exploration Progress, you earn the following rewards in a fixed rotation:

Extra rewards for 4 completions: Wyrmarrow ×40, Gold ×50,000, High-quality EXP Potion ×2

Energy Biscuit Cost Suggestions
1. First, you must complete the Daily Exploration Quests (i.e., Adventure Preparation, Elemental Domain, and Chaos Shadows at least one time each).
2. Try to earn the high-tier Chaos Shadows rewards as many times as you can. So long as you can deal 7 million damage, you can have above-average yields. Each hero can be deployed only one time per day, so make sure to check what the boss's element is and counter that element. Spend some time thinking about how you'll configure the teams and estimate how many teams can defeat a boss. It is recommended that you send the greatest team of each element to secure higher-end rewards first before you consider other team builds.
3. In Chaos Shadows, if you cannot deal at least 7 million damage, playing an Elemental Domain on its highest difficulty level will be the quickest way to earn Exploration Progress.
4. The Exploration Progress yield of Adventure Preparation is lower. It will suffice so long as you can complete the Daily Exploration, In-depth Exploration, and Alliance Exploration (your Alliance complete Adventure Preparation 1,000 times in total) unless you find Wyrmarrow more valuable than Exploration Progress.
